Refund Policy

3-Day Cancellation Right (CROA)

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, you have the right to cancel your subscription within three (3) business days of your initial signup. If you cancel within this window, you will receive a full refund, regardless of whether services have been rendered.

To cancel within the 3-day window, go to your account settings or email support@creditmendai.com.

After the 3-Day Window

Once the 3-day cancellation period has passed, no refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Dispute letters have been generated. Once our AI has analyzed your credit report and generated dispute letters, this constitutes services rendered.
  • Letters have been mailed. Certified mail costs are non-recoverable once sent.
  • AI analysis has been performed. Credit report analysis, violation detection, and recommendations constitute services rendered.

No Partial Refunds

We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle. If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next cycle.

Cancellation Process

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Through your account settings in the dashboard
  • By emailing support@creditmendai.com

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date.

What "Services Rendered" Means

For clarity, any of the following constitutes services rendered:

  • Credit report uploaded and analyzed by our AI
  • Negative items identified and analyzed for violations
  • One or more dispute letters generated
  • One or more letters sent via certified mail
  • Dispute tracking and monitoring initiated

Exceptions

If we are unable to provide the service due to a technical failure on our end (not a third-party issue), we may issue a refund or credit at our discretion.
